Description
Established in 1868, Carpene Malvolti is one of the most prestigious wineries in Veneto. Its founder, Antonio Carpene, was a forerunner in the application of biology to the art of winemaking. He published practical and theoretical essays on the subject of winemaking, which for many years were considered classical texts on the subject. In 1873, he established the first Oenology school in Italy. The estate is currently owned and operated by his great-grandson, who continues to produce quality wine that meets the high standards of the Carpene family.
This dry, delicate Prosecco offers elegant notes of ripe pear, crisp apple, and fresh bread on both the nose and palate. Light and refreshing, this wine is excellent as an aperitif or paired with light seafood dishes.
