100% Tempranillo from gobelet-pruned vines that average 40 years old, grown on gravel over clay-limestone at altitudes of 300-500m. Hand-harvested. 15 days of alcoholic fermentation in both concrete and temperature-controlled stainless.
Beautiful purple color with classic Tempranillo varietal characteristics of blackberry, redcurrant and licorice. Fruity with a fresh, medium-length finish.
