Description
The unripe bouquet has scents and tones of fresh grass and meadow flowers. In the glass, aromas of straw, hay and freshly ground cereals. Like all youngsters, it has no patience, thus the elegant tones of bergamot, sesame and mint, but also spicy and medicinal notes vie immediately for dominance, leaving us somewhat seduced and abandoned as we savour the spicy aftertaste with ginger and mothballs muscling in.
