Nightwater Dark rum is a whispered invitation to adventure. It starts with organic, fancy-grade molasses. After distillation, it’s aged in new, charred & toasted American oak barrels for 12 months. It is then blended with just the right amount of our Brightwater silver rum to complement the oak & a dash of organic molasses.
Notes of coffee, dark chocolate & molasses makes this the rare dark rum that can be mixed with ginger beer, used in a more complex cocktail, or enjoyed on its own.
