Clear pale citrus yellow colour. The wine displays very classic citrus aromas (pink grapefruit, exotic fruits…) and a complex spicy character. Delicate palate, nice sweetness, perfectly balanced by the acidity and structure of the wine which is quite amazing. With some time, the wine develops more smoky characteristics.
