Bartender Sam Ross of ‘Little Branch’ restaurant in Manhattan named this drink after singer M.I.A.’s song ‘Paper Planes’, which he listened to while he worked on the recipe. It is amazingly delicious and deceptively easy to make and drink. Included with the recipe are enough spirits and liqueurs to make over 30 Paper Plane cocktails.
