Zuccardi Wines is sustainable in all aspects, from the vineyard to the cellar and even the architecture, where the construction is made with natural elements from the area. The wines are vinified in basins and amphoras allowing a more natural result and with the least possible human intervention.
2019 Zuccardi Poligonos Malbec San Pablo is made and aged exclusively in concrete, resulting in a wine with a smooth and lovely texture and beautiful freshness.
Tasting Notes: 100% Malbec. Expresses a great herbal character with notes of fresh red fruits. Lively acidity and subtle tannins in the mouth. This is the perfect wine for classic Argentinian dishes, like “asado”, “choripanes” or meat empanadas.
